Il test radiante Parquet Pannello ISO 9239 è la pietra angolare della reazione materiali pavimentazione a prove al fuoco nel sistema Euroclass. Il test misura la propagazione della fiamma del campione, in condizioni di esposizione termica, utilizzando una fonte di accensione calore radiante. L'apparecchio può essere utilizzato anche per le prove standard ASTM E648 e DIN 4102; Parte 14.
Il tester di radiazione del materiale di pavimentazione viene utilizzato per misurare la radiazione termica critica flusso di materiale di rivestimento a terra. La radiazione flusso critico si riferisce al calore incidente per area unitaria. Maggiore è il calore incidente, maggiore è la quantità di riscaldamento necessaria di materiale, il più stabile il materiale è, e meno la possibilità di accensione. 13. The user can move the heat flow meter to calibrate the radiation flux of the radiation plate conveniently. At the same time, the test software can draw the standard heat radiation flux curve.
14. It is equipped with pedal switch. According to the flame spread distance, users can acquire the flame spread time to reach the test distance. At the same time, the computer records the flame spread time by itself.
15. Install one chimney thermocouple and one thermocouple in the box, which can be displayed by computer software.
16. Equipped with infrared radiometer, the temperature of radiation plate can be detected and displayed by computer software.
