1.The test chamber volume is greater than 0.75 cubic meters, and the inner wall of the box is black;
2.Ultra-large transparent observation window for easy observation of the combustion state of the sample;
3.User-designed door opening method for easy access to specimens and burners;
4.The burner angle can be easily adjusted at 0, 20, 45 degrees to meet the needs of various standards;
5.Provide Bunsen burner source, in accordance with ASTM D5025 standard;
6.The panel timer device can record information such as test time;
7.Providing a rotameter to regulate the flow of combustion gases;
8.High-precision pressure regulating valve to adjust the standard gas pressure required;
9.Fan burner, in accordance with ASTM D4986;
10.A top exhaust device that extracts exhaust gas generated by combustion;
11.Optional burner calibration system is available to ASTM D5207.

Product Details of the the UL94 Flame Chamber

The UL94 horizontal vertical burner adopts the full standard satisfaction design concept and considers many test standards and is integrated into one test box. The horizontal vertical burner is designed to test the UL standard flammability performance of equipment and appliance parts materials. Test indicators for end use such as flammability, burning rate, flame spread, burning strength and flame retardancy of the product can be tested.
It conforms to all five UL 94 horizontal and vertical burner tests and associated ASTM international standards. There are:
Horizontal Burning Test; UL 94HB (ASTM D 635, IEC 60695-11-10, IEC 60707, ISO 1210).
Vertical Burning Test: UL 94 V-0, V-1, or V-2 (ASTM D 3801, IEC 60695-11-10, IEC 60707, ISO 1210).
Vertical Burning Test: 5VA or 5VB (ASTM D 5048, IEC 60695-11-20, IEC 60707, ISO 9772).
Thin Material Vertical Burning Test: VTM-0, VTM-1, or VTM-2 (ASTM D 4804, ISO 9773).
Horizontal Burning Foamed Material Test: HF- 1, HF-2 or HBF (ASTM D 4986, ISO 9772).
