    Product introduction of Non-combustibility Test Furnace

    The Non-combustibility test furnace is developed according to ISO 1182 and GB/T 5464 building materials Non-combustibility test methods. It is mainly used in building materials Non-combustibility test methods, and is suitable for testing the combustion performance classification of grade A fire-proof materials in building materials GB8624 combustion performance classification. The Non-combustibility test furnace can be used not only for composite products, but also for testing the components of the products separately. The test instrument can also be used for BS 476-4 & 11 and IMO FTP Part 1 standards. It can be used for fire protection test of British building materials, railway locomotive materials and ship non-metallic products.

    Performance characteristics of Non-combustibility Test Furnace

    1. Adopt the automatic design scheme, cooperate with the use of PID temperature controller and silicon-controlled technology, through the reasonable switching between temperature controller and power controller, adjust the temperature of furnace body and stabilize the temperature of furnace body;
    2. The whole temperature balance mode has been improved and optimized on the basis of FTT Non-combustibility test furnace in UK. It can automatically switch from PID temperature control mode to power control mode without user's manual intervention. It not only controls temperature reasonably, but also meets the test standard strictly.
    3. By winding the resistance band on the outside wall of the radiation tube, the radiation furnace is heated to 750+5 degrees. The samples are tested by thermal radiation samples. The resistance band provided by skyline is a Swedish Kantel product, which has a longer service life.
    4. In the non-combustible furnaces for building materials, thermocouples are installed in the furnace, sample center and sample surface respectively. The thermocouples are OMEGA products of the United States, which have longer service life. The temperature of these three points can be monitored separately. The following indicators can be detected: average temperature rise in the furnace, average temperature rise of sample surface and average temperature rise of sample center.
    5. Furnace thermocouples can be equipped to calibrate the temperature points in the furnace according to the test standards. The test device is equipped with up and down moving measuring tools to adjust the thermocouples in the furnace to the required height. Meanwhile, in computer software, the average value of each point can be calculated and the standard temperature curve can be obtained.
    6. It is equipped with a 360-degree rotating and elevating thermocouple scanner to calibrate the furnace wall temperature and test software to check whether the furnace wall temperature meets the standard requirements.
    7. Stainless steel inverted conical air stabilizer and cylindrical shroud are all treated with Teflon to avoid corrosion of test flue gas.
    8. The heating rate is controlled by the test software, which can control the temperature of the furnace in stages, so that the radiation furnace has a longer test life.
    9. Data acquisition and analysis software can output test report automatically by computer.
